![]() And some of the things I mentioned of like myself sliding out of bed and trying to get to the door felt real. Because you explained the tactile feeling of the person on your bed as well as it talking. Voices can sometime sound like they’re talking into my ear and I feel their breath.Īgain I meant ion all this because you may have anxiety about your experience. The crackling I hear is sometimes in a corner of my room or outside my window. Also they can be in an area of your room or as I said outside, so it makes the experience sometimes interesting and cool or quite scary during the experience. And they can be loud and very clear and well spoken. You’ll find you’re not alone with the auditory hallucinations. Which is my only worry about having it as I really have a tough time with breathing during SP. Sometimes I like to look at things and listen to the sounds and words but I get laboured breathing when I’m stuck in SP and usually have to I guess manually breathe. Mostly nothing scary and I know that I’m half awake but still in a dream state. And I get where you are coming from in the sense that it is incredibly real sounding. Other than those times I often have hallucinations that a friend or my mum is talking to me. But I get why people are concerned about those experiences. When I wake I’m fine and get over it quickly. ![]() I also have had in those demonic moments a horrible evil laughing outside my window. One guy I remember describing his crackling auditory hallucination as something like shaving cream foam. I’ve seen a lot of people say they hear crackling. I don’t believe in the supernatural but I have experienced the feeling of demonic entities and usually that’s accompanied by the crackling of a fire. Mostly though the bouts are quick and before snapping out of it I may hear or feel things. Including my phone having my own voice but saying very horrible things to me. Also in this I guess dream I was also very aware of my house (you know how dreams constantly change, but lucid dreams can be I guess stable or grounded?) I thought I was moving around the house and that my head was lumped over. And the room was spinning but I was making my way to my front door. I thought I had slight control of my body and I wanted to go out of the house and get help. Today though because the experience was taking a long time and I really couldn’t snap out of it I guess I was in a deeper state of dreaming. Usually when I wake up ‘stuck’ and dreaming, the dreaming is lucid and I take note of what I’m seeing and really enjoy the experience of marvelling at how real and colourful it is and then get some anxiety and try to forcibly snap out of it doing my head shake. Today I had a very horrible bout that was perhaps 10/15minutes. I mention this because there are times when I am in a sleep paralysis state but deeply dreaming. ![]() My way of trying to snap out of it is to try and shake my head. I find that sometimes when I wake up in a SP state I’m in different states/depths of lucidity/dreaming. Sometimes I’ll get a month or two break from it. ![]()
